The TalentDoor Code of Conduct

Be on Time

For any session, whether it is online, over the phone, or in person, make sure to be on time. It’s a sign of respect for the other person and their time. If something comes up, let the other person know in advance and decide together if you want to reschedule.

Be Prepared

Come to your session prepared: know what topics you would like to discuss and what questions you want to ask.

Respect Others

Always be respectful and open-minded in your communication. Respectful disagreements are sometimes necessary and can be beneficial. If a discussion is not going well, don’t resort to abusive language, but rather wrap it up and let us know about what went wrong.

Be Honest

Be honest, truthful and open in your communication. Never intentionally say things that are not true, and never mislead deliberately.
