Be present and focused
If you have agreed to have a discussion with the Young Talent, then he or she deserves your full attention for the duration of your session.
Be open and honest
Answer the Young Talent’s questions truthfully. If you don’t know something, or are unable or unwilling to answer a question, just state that openly and move on to the next discussion topic.
Keep an open mind
Even though you are probably more experienced than the Young Talent, there is surely a lot that you can also learn from him or her, through seeing a different perspective and getting insights into how junior people approach finding the employer that is right for them.
